Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 October 2026
By using dscpln you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
The app
dscpln gives you daily motivation, discipline and punchline content, an AI assistant called Milo, and a place to keep your own audio. It is made by Ahmed Ibrahim Abdallah, trading as TechLoops, Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Your content
- Lines you write and audio you add stay yours.
- Only add audio you own or have the right to use. Audio you add stays on your device and is not shared by dscpln.
- Don’t use dscpln to post or send anything illegal, hateful or harmful.
Quotes and AI content
Quotes from real people are shown with their author when known. Where an attribution is uncertain, we say so. Content generated by AI, including Milo’s replies, can be wrong. It is for motivation only and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or find a helpline at findahelpline.com.
Fair use
Ask Milo has a daily message limit. Don’t try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app.
Availability
We work to keep dscpln running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features.
Liability
To the extent French law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using dscpln. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by French law.
